Hi! Heb je deze toffe prints al gezien? Ik kwam ze pas op Pinterest tegen en ik vind ze helemaal te gek. Ze zijn gemaakt door de Amerikaanse artieste en illustratrice Elizabeth Mayville. Ze heeft een breed portfolio, maar haar 'knotten'-serie is zonder twijfel mijn favoriet. De kleuren, natuurlijk de knotten en dan die gestreepte shirts; geweldig. Ik zou er heel graag een aan mijn muur hangen. En het leuke is dat ze niet eens zo duur zijn. Een kleine print heb je al vanaf 12 euro. Een echte schildering, groot formaat, kost ongeveer 134 euro. Volgens mij is dat heel redelijk voor (originele) kunst aan je muur, toch? Elizabeth verkoopt haar werk via haar Etsy Shop. Neem ook een kijkje op haar website om meer over haar achtergrond te lezen en natuurlijk om haar werk te bekijken.
Hi there! What do you think about these prints? I recently came across them on Pinterest and I really, really love them. It is Elizabeth Mayville's work; an American based artist and illustrator. She features a lot of different works but her 'top knot' serie is my personal favorite. The soft colors, the striped tees and those knots... Need to get one of these beauties for my walls. And the good news is that the smallest prints are availabe for around 12 euros and the large gouache paintings (the real deal) for around 134 euros.
